Changhua City (; POJ: Chiong-hòa-Chhī) is the capital of Changhua County, Taiwan Province of the Republic of China. The name derives from the Taiwanese aboriginal word Poasoa.
Trivia there is a hospital in Changhua city that is owned by the Liao family that are second cousins to David Ho , the famous AIDS researcher.
