Oeste ("West" in English) is a subregion (Portuguese: subregião) of the Centro region of Portugal. The region has an area of 2,214.8 km² (2003 updated statistics) and a population of 353,050 (2005 statistics).
The thirteen municipality of the sub-region are:

- Cadaval
- Caldas da Rainha
- Lourinhã
- Nazaré
- Óbidos
- Peniche
- Sobral de Monte Agraço
- Torres Vedras
