Spiš (-Slovak; Latin: Scepusium, Polish: Spisz, German: Zips, Hungarian: Szepes) is the name of a historic administrative county (comitatus) of the Kingdom of Hungary. Its territory is presently in north-eastern Slovakia and south-eastern Poland.

Today it is an informal designation of the corresponding territory (like Burgundy or French Basque Country), but also one of 21 official tourism regions of Slovakia.
