Humberside Airport is situated in North Lincolnshire, England, 10 miles west of Grimsby and 15 miles south of Kingston Upon Hull, England on the A18. It is a small international airport, owned by the Manchester Airport Group who also own Manchester International Airport.

The airport faces strong competition for flights from Nottingham East Midlands Airport (70 miles) and the newly opened Robin Hood Airport Doncaster Sheffield (28 miles). The airport has a very high amount of general aviation activity, with 5 resident flying clubs and organisations, this is due to the airport having some of the lowest landing and handling fees of its kind. It is a major operating base for helicopters flying to North Sea gas platforms.
