Labour in Lancashire are on target to cut carbon emissions by 16% by 2013. The Conservatives have said they will carry on this agenda.

Amazing2. under Labour in the last few years LCC has cut carbon emissions by 250,000 tonnes & will build 90% waste recycling across Lancs.
