Evergreen Park is located at (41.719933, -87.702499). The suburb is surrounded by the city of Chicago on three of its sides, while Oak Lawn, IL borders it on the west. Chicago's Ashburn is to its north, Beverly is to its east, and Mount Greenwood is to its south.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 8.2 km² (3.2 mi²), all land.
