Otter Tail Township is a township in Otter Tail County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 556 at the 2000 census.
Geography
According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 78.8 km² (30.4 mi²). 42.4 km² (16.4 mi²) of it is land and 36.4 km² (14.1 mi²) of it (46.25%) is water.
Demographics
As of the census2 of 2000, there were 556 people, 241 households, and 187 families residing in the township. The population density was 13.1/km² (34.0/mi²). There were 644 housing units at an average density of 15.2/km² (39.4/mi²). The racial makeup of the township was 98.74% White, 0.36% Native American, 0.18% Asian, 0.54% Pacific Islander, and 0.18% from two or more races.
