Topsail Beach is a sleepy surf town just south of Jacksonville, North Carolina; and also south of one of the largest extant American military installations, the Camp Lejeune air and amphibious base complex. It is just north of the port city of Wilmington, North Carolina. Topsail Beach is part of the Crystal Coast.
